bugging issue!!

hello! i would like to have an answer as fast as you could please! 

i got payment in paypal 235$ 2 days ago, and they are kinda stucked at pending balance! shouldnt it take 2 days only to be available balance?! i cannot withdraw the money to my visa card bcuz of it,,, maybe its a special condition for egypt?! just reply me pls 🙂 thanks

The PayPal "payment received" email message which PayPal sent to you when you received the payment should explain why the payment is pending.  Check the email message... does it explain why it's pending?
