paypal archive is not displaying customer payments and we need to know if we are being paid in order to ship items. We even have case where customer says they paid but nothing is showing and we did ship, hope we did not lose out. Paypal old format was better than present one as it identified payments and pending payment. Perhaps new format does indentify payments but we can not find it. As ole saying goes; if it aint boken don't fix it.
Already checked the history. The history has only been showing money being spent not money being recieved so how do I find out if I am recieveing money? Paypal does not show it money recieved or I am looking in the wrong place.
