Why is paypal holding money from Affiliate network + not responding on my mails for three weeks.

Hello,

i have received around 100 USD in GBP value from Monetise.co.uk affiliate network 3 weeks ago, and paypal is still holding them in pending balance.

Last time i received 150$ from another affiliate network, which is based in US and they are sending money in USD and not in GBP like Monetise, i was able to withdrawal it instantly on my card, but this time i can't.

Who gives Paypal the right to hold the money i EARNED ? I haven't sold anything, i earned that money by working with the network.

I have sent them three emails in last three weeks and they didn't respond to a single one, Paypal is, for sure, most arogant company in the world !

Payment release time is 14th February, what should i do if they will not release that money to me ?

At last i know i won't use them any time again to receive the money from networks ! God bless wire transfer and other payment processors except Paypal !!!

Unfoturnally you signed up to use a system that may or may not work for your needs.  Sometimes PayPal's logic is not clear but, on the other hand, no one forced you to setup an account.  There are alternatives.
