I have yet to have any success processing a transaction with an AmEx on PPH. My understanding was it worked with Visa, MC, Discover and AmEx. I have tried with several customers and both the swipe and manual enter but nothing works. Can you confirm if AmEx is not supported and I will remove it from my list of options for customers?
