I have no credit card that is why i add funds with money pak. Now when i try to purchase items i get a screen asking me to add a credit or debit card to my paypal account. I do not want to do this. I want to pay with my balance witch has more than enough money to cover the cost of the item.
When i select payment method : paypal balance, it takes me right back to the screen asking me to add a card.
I just want to pay with my balance why cant i do this? what is the point in the money pak if you must link a credit card regardless? Is it just certain sites? If I had a credit card i would just purchase the item with that instead of paypal.
I can buy Steam games without it requiring me to link a credit/debit card. but nothing else it seems....
Im so frustrated and confused......

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
