My money has not been deposited into my account and it's been two days. Is this normal?

Unfortunately we can really answer your question - as this is a member to member help group, we not the same as customer support.  Suggest that you follow-up with them as they can look at your account transaction records and setup.  The transaction record should show a status, canceled, cleared, held, pending review, processing, etc.
