So I won a heat press on eBay which was around $200 and I went out and bought some gift cards to pay it off as I don't have a credit card on my paypal everything goes fine I sign into paypal and click continue it takes me back to the eBay page which is the last page and I click confirm and buy and it comes up with this. We were not able to process your payment.
Please check out again and try a different credit card or bank account for your PayPal payment.
Now I don't know why it's saying this if not even 5 mins before that I bought something else and I had no problems with it can someone help me out?
