I work with others on those charity websites where people post wishes and we assist... But there has been problem with peoeple who are creating multiple names (using different emails etc) and may be creating mutiple paypal accounts.  When sending moeny to an email is there any way to have the personal info (name address) of the individual the email belongs to before we cofirm the transfer??

Sorry but no.  You will only learn of that info after you send it.  If the email is fake this should pop up:

This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

Or it will show as unclaimed in like 5 minutes in your paypal account.  Hope this helps!

Taht is a problem then 😞 ... See what some have found (1 so far) that people are creating multiple legit paypal accounts. I guess they are using multiple bank accounts to verify or something Becuase the 1 we found the names and addressses were identical to a previous account of course it by the time you hit send it was to late to recant. 😞

maybe you could add a requirement (like administrative data) should be sent to your place and allow for verification to the authorities before you send a donation/charity?
