I am new to Paypal. So, forgive me if the question is dumb!
We are trying to use geo location service with our payment standard button.It means based on user's geographic location, we'll display different prices for the same item. Is this feature avaiable with paypal?
If it's not available, is there any 3rd party shopping cart that provides this service?
