So I have used this gift card before and all of a sudden it stops accepting? I've registered it and check twice, I check if theres money in it and yes. Its a PNC bank gift card also and I'm trying to donate some money to a freind. Why won't they accept it? Is it because my bank is declining it or am I just being a total idiot and not knowing what I'm doing?
As for the card, did you register both a name and address with the card? Note, some cards can be registed however, the name and billing address associated with the card must match the name and billing address you have registed with your PayPal Account. If your card is of the type that does not have a name and address, only an amount, PayPal will not accept it.
