Sorry, this recepient cant accept personal payments
A client saw the message when he wanted to send money. When I called PayPal earlier, I was assured that anyone can send money from anywhere. My account was in perfect order. I am based in India.
If he is a CLIENT then why would you want to accept a personal payment?? Personal payments are for family / friends and give the buyer NO paypal protection.
