Seller Never Received Payment - How do I get a refund?

I sent a payment to another website I use trying to become a supporter by paying $3 per month, but the payment was never received. I cancelled the subscription on March 13, but I don't have any idea how to get a refund if the money was never received. What should I do?

Not sure what is going on if the funds were never received.  Is there any indication or status in your Account transaction history?  You may want to contact customer support for assistance as they can actually look at your account.

The status said "Completed" until I cancelled the subscription. Now it just says "Cancelled".

Unfortunately when you cancel a subscription, you don't get a refund.

Well that is unfortunate. Luckily it didn't cost me a whole lot otherwise the situation might have been bad. Thanks anyway, you have been helpful.
