Hello,
I have a donation button on a wordpress site. If the donor selects a recurring donation, my organization gets an email message that a payment has been skipped and PayPal cannot process the recurring payment, and it will try again in five days.
I have updated the code of the button, so I don't believe that there is a fault there. Since I sent the donation myself, I know on the donor side that I have received a confirmation from Paypal that I created a recurring donation and haven't received any error.
Is there something I need to do on my nonprofit's paypall account to accept donations? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
