Hi, did you get this cleared up? The same is happening to me and I've read a few horror stories online where tickets were cancelled as a result. I called paypal, who told me to call southwest. I called southwest, who told me to call paypal. This is a surprise Disney trip for the kids, so showing up to find out we aren't on a flight would be devastating!! Thank you!
