I bought a mobile phone online (payment accepted). It seemed to be presale. Seller is paypal registered.
It has now been 15 days from now, and still no phone. Seller tells me that the factory postponed the release to the 15th of September. That could meen that i will receive the pone about the end of September.
I have suspicious thought on this. What are my rights as buyer in this?
