Paypal withdraw

Hello to all

I am new here and I have a problem.

3 october 2013- I made a request for withdraw monet to my credit card/bank.

As i saw it needs 3-5 days in order the money to come.

5 days have pass and I don't have money on my bank.

What happen? My bank said that theres no request either moves to account,there's nothing

My bank is far from me so for me is not easy to go there to check always and I can't check it from PP if the money are there already or not.
