Hi recently my paypal was negative, and i couldnt pay it within a few days so my account is "locked" i guess i cannot login and a agent told me i cannot till i pay the money that is owed, i have the money for last two days to pay it and now everytime i call there phone support, it says call back tomorrow when the hours are 6am-8pm, i want to get my paypal account un locked and working again how would i go about paying it off? since i cant login to pay it and i cannot talk to anyone on the phone?
