I sold two items on eBay and both are marked as paid but I have not received an email from eBay nor are the funds showing up in my PayPal account. My email address is confirmed, verified, primary, and it was not misspelled on the listing. I sold an item earlier in the day and the payment went through without fail, and I received an email from eBay and the funds are in my PayPal account. This has never happened before, and I find it odd that both items I sold within a few minutes of each other are not showing up in my account, but the third one I sold today is.
I've already checked my email address and it is correct, it is also primary and confirmed. I'm at a loss of what to do.

Another forum member reported a similar issue. Unfortunately no one here has the ability to view account details. There may be a system glitch going on. Best you can do is contact customer support with your concerns.

Thank you for your help. Turns out it was just a system delay on eBay's part, there was a delay on them accepting the payment.

i have received email notifications that payment has been received on both ebay & paypal but there is something wrong with the actual balance amount... mush lower than is should be.
assuming there is some kind of system glitch... i ran a history report from sept 6 - oct 6 (all account activity with balance) and i have data missing from sept 25-oct 4... approximately 20 transactioms are all missing... MOSTLY PAYMENTS - ALL EBAY TRANSACTIONS.
Si then I ran individual reports, 1 for everything "sent" and 1 for "received" (unfortunately, these report methods do not give the option to show balance) and the data was there... did not help since i could not tell what effect it had on my funds balance...
i have been googling the issue and it appears this is a new thing... comments have all been made by ebay sellers and looks as though the 'glitch' (?) started happening oct 5
what a mess... hopefully tech support will fix it

I try to make payments from ebay and ebay say me continue with Paypal, PayPal say: return to merchant and try a different payment method, we are not able to process your payment using you PayPal account at this time, please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
