Hello! I recevied a email saying my recent payment was declined. I just made a donation but the money was taken out of my account and it says it was completed on my paypal account. And it was also completed on my bank staments. There was no information about which payment was declined. Here is the email:

"From: paypal (AT) e.paypal.com

Hello ***** ******,

You recently tried to pay with PayPal but were declined because your credit card company didn't allow the payment to go through. We can help you with that. You can resolve the credit card issue by contacting your credit card company. Or, if you prefer not to use your credit card, below are two great options to help you complete your transaction—if you haven't already done so—and make sure your future transactions go smoothly."

There were two links in the email I did not click:

1: Link your bank account to your paypal account:

email-edg.paypal.com/r/UL10GEN/IYY737/WTMF2OO/4CLGR7/1808AS/32/h

2: Pay with cash* using MoneyPak

email-edg.paypal.com/r/UL10GEN/IYY737/WTMF2OO/4CLGR7/EWDWQ8/32/h

Is this a fake email? Or do you think someone has access to my account?
