Paypal won't allow me to add my bank as a payment option. Has anyone had this problem? How do I correct it?
Contact your bank and ask them what name is used for ACH transfers. Although you know the name of your bank, the way it's formatted or spelled for use in the ACH system may be different.
Paypal is very picky with the bank names. For example I use US bank, and they require the name to be US BANK NA.
Not sure why??
You could try adding an NA to the end of the bank name.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
