PayPal hasn't been giving me the proper options for payment when I pay. It only offeres me either my PayPal balance or an eCheck, and my banks don't support eChecks. I have 2 banks listed, how could it be possible that neither one is working? I called twice but no one wants to help.

I was given no option at all. paypal paid the vendor immediately after I clicked buy it now. Customer service is pathetic.I think it is deliberately obscure and difficult so you give up trying.
