"A reward notification email will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account informing you that your reward has been applied to your PayPal account. All rewards will be distributed no later than 12/9/15."
No email, and no response to the message I sent two days ago asking about it.
Finally got a response, albeit a bad one. They want me to prove I registered by locating the supposed email that went out after registration. I got confirmation on the screen but no email. So I am guessing they will use that as a reason to deny the promo they extended. Bad customer experience as usual with PayPal.
