is it pending as a result of a dispute.

is it pending funds being transfered into your paypal account from your bank account.

is it pending from your paypal account to your bank account.

Well mine is Pending from Seller to buyer... I bought something from E Bay that needed to be returned. Seller gave a refund. The clearing date in Pay Pal was for March 18th 2015. And the refund is still Pending.
