PAYPAL SCAM

Hello, i sold  12 csgo keys (virtual item)  to some man on steam for 23€. After i received money, i send him csgo keys. Next hour i lost that money for "Unauthorized payment". After told him this, he blocked me on Steam and he dont communicate. He is definitely scammer because he have now on steamrep 2 reports and he got yesterday Reddit BAN because he doing fraudulent trades. I think this man using hacked paypal accounts and something like this.

I have one opened case about this. I send paypal some screens of chat with him and with accepted trade on steam. Should i have do something more to solve my problem? How much day paypal have to solve this? Im in negative balance on paypal now 😞

Paypal will investigate the unauthorised claim and if they think it was unauthorised ie someone hacked his account and used it without his consent then he will get his money back.

Normally paypal would reimburse you but as there is not seller protection for virtual items then they don't do so.

You can sell virtual items but unfortunately its entirely at your own risk.

It says "if you are seller protection eligable" but you will not be as it does not cover virtual items.

So how long do I have to wait paypal make decision?

As it's not like an item not received dispute there is no set time. 

It takes as long as it takes to investigate the account holders claim. 

But if they find his claim is untrue you may still win . .........  fingers crossed.

Ok, paypal closed case with no more information from them and i lost money.
