same problem.I have 3 withdrawals made recently recredited on my Paypal account.I have transfered these money in my card and picked it up.What's happened?
I withdraw 780$ on May 27th. It arrived 5 days later on my card, and I went to the bank and picked it up. Logged in today and saw transfer from PayPal for 780$, with message:
OC Scheme Reject Correction
This transaction is subject to a buyer Complaint, Chargeback or an Unauthorized Claim.
How am I able to recive money, pick it up, and then recive it back from PayPal? Really hope it's some kind of error on their part.
I've just paid PyCharm license using PayPal. I was sure that my PP balance is empty, so it should take money from my plastic card. But it doesn't. I went to check my PP and saw that there is some money. I've found this page...
I have the same situation going on. Made a withdrawal picked the money and after 7 days I got it back on my PP account. I withdrow Euros and when it came back to my account it was automatically converted to USD
I contacted PayPal. They got information from my bank that the transaction failed, but it obviously didn't, because I picked up my money. It's strange that we all got this problem at around same time. They are currently reviewing this information with my bank in order to clarify and resolve this issue. That's all I got for now.
