I am new to this and I was wondering if I wanted someone to put money into my paypal account how would I go about doing that? I havent been able to find my answer in anything on here. Please help thanks

Why do you need to do that??

As a buyer you never need funds in your paypal account balance. Paypal will take straight from your funding source.

However >>

1. If you only have a bank account linked then payments will go as echeques and take a while to clear, HOWEVER if you add a back up card to paypal then paypal will credit your seller instantly for you and they will wait for your funds to clear to paypal to pay them back again.

2. If you pay from a debit or credit card its instant as well.

I mean like if I'm selling something and I want them to pay me thru my paypal. I don't have a bank account this is all I have so that's why I wanted to know

Well if you ask a more specific question it would be helpful.

A buyer pays to your paypal email address that identifies your paypal account. The funds show in your paypal balance.

If you are paid by a buyer then you can withdraw to a card or a bank account in the U.S.
