I have recently started streaming games on twitch.tv. I was asked by some viewers to setup a paypal account so they could donate to help fund the stream, providing new games and other things for improvement to the stream. I made an account but do not have a bank account or a credit card. I was under the impression that i could just use a paypal account and not take the money out but use the paypal account balance to purchase things. I received my first "donation" and i have no way to claim or accept it. I also have no way to deny it. Is there no way without a bank account or credit card to do what i want to do?
