ok so i sold this guy some forum gold from d2jsp , and now hes claiming he never sent the $$ to me so my money is being held how do i fix this so i can use my money ?
Unfortunately Intangible items are covered under Seller Protection or Buyer Protection. You try opening a dispute however PayPal will simply quote the guidelines in the User Agreement.
