Nectar Voucher Refund???

I purchased a couple of items via Paypal which had to be returned as they were faulty. I part paid for them with Nectar Voucherr. My account states 'Voucher refunded to Ebay' however, there is no sign in my Ebay account. I have spoken to Ebay twice, Paypal (who referred me to Ebay - actually, they just put me through without saying anything at all) and Nectar, who kept repeating that one the vouchers were spent they could not be refunded. Nectar referred me back to Ebay. I'm exhausted! Has anyone else had any sucess getting voucher refund .......if not, and you're considering using one BEWARE!!! Looks like you wont get your money back!

I hope by the time of my writing your problem should have been resolved. I just want to contribute by stating that at eBay website it is clearly mentioned under the FAQ section that eBay will issue a new voucher only if someone return all the items from the transaction:

What happens if I return items that I've spent Nectar points on?

If you return items purchased using your Nectar voucher, we can only issue you a new voucher if you've returned all items from the transaction. If you only return one item from a multi-item transaction, we won't be able to issue you a new voucher.

What happens if I return an item that I've collected Nectar points for?

If you receive a refund for any reason, the Nectar points you've collected will be deducted from your Nectar account within 28 days of the refund.

Hiya, I have the same problem. Used 15.99 from a £20 nectar voucher to pay for an item which then had to be refunded. Paypal says refunded. Not showing up in ebay. Ebay telling me to speak to nectar. Guess I will get the same runaround as you! Not impressed! 😞

Did you ever get your voucher back? I'm in the same predicament also. Bought am item on eBay with nectar voucher. The item never arrived so the seller's refunded me. PayPal says voucher refunded but I have no voucher. Do I contact paypal? Ebay? Or Nectar?
