Mobile pin

Paypal has been one of the biggest headaches for my husband and I! The issue I'm having right now, because there have been SEVERAL others! , is setting up a mobile pin for in store purchases. The directions paypal gives you aren't even options! It says go to settings then click mobile pin setup/change. Well that option is neither on the website or the app (which we both have). On the app it only gives Dollar general and auto zone as places that accept paypal in store. I know that's not true and there are SEVERAL other places but it doesn't let you search for them and it doesn't pop up as places that you can use it at. So if anyone has any other ways to be able to set up this pin that must be used to pay in store WE WLD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!

First step i would make sure your Phone number is confirmed. I have the same issue right now, where because of Sprint, I am unable to confirm my number. So when I go into my profile-->under security--> i don't have the option to update/change my pin. but my friends who have their numbers confirmed DO get that choice.

Hi, it took me a while to figure it but i just find the way to activate my mobile pin

To activate the mobile pin please do the following steps online: 

Go to Profile near the login

Click Security on the blue banner

Click Revise on the Mobile Pin section

Add your password and change the pin 

I am not sure if your mobile needs to be confirmed, but I did it anyway. 

To do that  follow these other steps:

Go to Profile near the login 

Go to the telephone area and click Confirm 

Paypal will send you a message with the code to verify your phone number
