Hello
I sent passprt and mobile phone info to lift my receiving limits on the 24th August - on the 1st September i get a message from Paypal saying i might have limited access to my account until I send them information - which was actually sent to them on the 24th August and then again on the 2nd September and again today - I try emailing them but only get automated message - can anyone tell me how quickly they are likely to get this resolved so I don't get the silly message every time I log in to Payal

I have the same problem.
Any solution for you in a reasonable time frame? It's the end of september now..
No communication or update whatsoever.
Asked on twitter after two automated mail replies and now waiting for an answer there.
We'll see how it goes.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
