So here is my situation and I need to know how to fix it I bought something online through PayPal and I sent the guy the money from my visa gift card but his account was unverified so he said I'll refund money and can you send it to my other account. So I said ok and he refunded but I now realize gift cards are not reloadable. So where do that money go and how can I get it?
