I can't send money!

I have $100 In my paypal account, i am trying to send To my friend And it won't let me, It says i have $500 Sending limit i don't see how $100 is more Than $500? Well, if anyone has any Advice please help out Thanks.

Sounds like your PayPal Account is not "verified".  Once you complete that process, the limits will be lifted.  PayPal does sometimes act strange at times when it comes to messages however, verifying your account usually fixes the sending and receiving issues.

Your monthly sending limit is $500 if your account is unverifed. Might be you've already sent that much this month and that's why it's being denied.
