I am having a problem with sending payments to a seller that I am trying to negotiate with having an item i bought shipped to my house. the buyer asked to send a payment to them via Paypal for reshippment since I had sign to receive the item but I was not available. The problem is that I have gotten two refunds from the person saying that I had to have the shipping address showing when I send the payment. I am unable to find my shipping address in my account settings but it shows the billing address which is the same as my shipping address. I want to know how to show the shipping address when I send a payment.
If you send a payment via Goods and Services and not friends and family, the address automatically pops up. If you need more help, you should call PayPal they can see when you send a payment if an address is attached to it.
