HELP

Every time I try and send money right now to another account with a gift card, I get this message... https://gyazo.com/08bc67a7784dfed48bd323cc3d5d0ada I've tried on multiple accounts with multiple different cards. PLEASE HELP!

You are only allowed a MAXIMUM of 2 accounts and only then if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

They weren't all my accounts, I/ my family members tried and together it did not work for anyone.

Linking and verifying info

• The billing address you enter must exactly match the one on your card statement. Check your card statement to make sure that the addresses match.
• You can’t link a gift card, prepaid card, or one-time-use card to your PayPal account.
• A card can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time. (To remove a card from your account, go to your Settings.)
• If you linked your card to your PayPal account but entered the confirmation code incorrectly 5 times, please call us. We can help you finish linking your card. You may need to provide some additional information.
