Hi, I have a problem. Recently I Paypal approves me a Paypal Smart Connect ($500 credit). In the past month I paid something on eBay with the new card without problem. Then I made the payment so now I haven't due balance!
In the past week I tried to pay on eBay again with the card (00.00 due balance!!) and I couldn't use the Smart Connect. I thought that it was a temporary problem in Paypal thus pay with my bank account.
Yesterday I bought on eBay again and after press the confirmation payment I received a message from eBay saying that we have a problem with my credit card and they recommend to use other payment method. Then, I tried to pay on eBay Mobile then the items was marked as paid but as I did not recieved the paypal confirmation email I proceed to check again on My eBay and the items was marked as unpaid! (I have 2 screen shoots for proof).
Today, I'm trying again and after press the confirmation payment I received this message from eBay "Sorry, we could not complete your request at this time."
I think that this is an issue of Paypal. On July 25 Paypal limited my account because they had to confirm my identity. I sent all the things that they ask and on July 27 I receved and email saying that my Paypal account has been returned as regular standing.
Yesterday I send a email to paypal but I hace not received answer. Sarah doesn't answered my questions and I dont speak very well english to call to Paypal!
I need my stuff and I want to pay with the credit card!!
