I have been a user of Paypal for 10+ years with no issue. My account and Debit card have been verifed for ever and my card does not expire for another 2 years. I have used paypal about 8 times just this past two weeks with no issue. Now I went to pay for two ebay items today and now all of the sudden my only payment option is echeck. When I click on "change" to change my payment I only have echeck. NOTHING has changed as far as my info, expiration dates etc.
I am having the same problem. I spoke with a manager at Paypal and she advised that they have a bug / virus and that she will let me know when the situation clears itself. She said to use the send money option instead. I then contacted ebay to let them know thata Paypal has a VIRUS. Ebay advised me to contact the seller and let them know that Paypal is having issues and would he rather cancel the transaction or wait till Paypal is virus free.
