Error when making a payment

I'm receiving an error when trying to send money. No error code. Just  "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

How can I solve this?

Couple easy things to try.  (Note, it could be something with the system at that point in time.)

You can try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Then close the browser, reopen it and retry.  If no change, try a different browser or different computer.
