Hello all,
I responded to a topic with the same issue that I have, but I didn't notice it was marked as solved and I assume that is why I received no replies.
So here is my problem (copied from the other thread):
Every time I buy something from eBay I get the currency converted automatically to my local currency and I have to manually select "Conversion options" and change it.
In the past Paypal remembered the last conversion option but for the past few months it defaults to the local currency with every purchase, it doesn't matter if the purchases are sequential.
When I log in to my account I can find the "Set Available Funding Sources" link and I CAN set the option to "Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice.", however it makes no difference.
I sometimes buy dozens of items in a matter of minutes (eBay shopping spree) and this issue is driving me crazy!
Please help.

Just wanted to clarify that this happens in every website I have tried, not just eBay. For example, I just bought something from gearbest.com and again had to change the conversion options.

I don't even get the option to choose. I have followed the steps above with no options.
