Yes, but not using funds in your paypal balance unless they are already in the receivers currency.
Go and send the money with whichever option you need and put in the amount and select the currency from the drop down list next to the amount. Then before you click to submit to send it will tell you how much will be deducted from your funding source in your own currency.
