Credit Card Problem

I am trying to charge a donor's credit card for a donation on our website, but after entering all the correct information it keeps telling me the card is invalid.  I know for 200%+ certainty that the card is valid and works other places, why won't it work when trying to process through Paypal?

Is the card a pre-paid card?  If so I have seen this issue with PP, Square (darn Canadians), and payanywhere.  The option that may work is to send the customer an invoice so he processes the payment himself, believe it or not it goes through a slightly different server is he pays or you run the transaction on your end.

Hope this helps

Thank you for your reply, but no, it is not a prepaid card and I am manually entering all the information myself.  Makes absolutely no sense why this isn't working, especially when it works elsewhere.

I have seen it but typically on prepaid cards and for some reason I do remember chase cards presenting the same weird issue.  The invoice option to invoice your client is probably the best bet or sign up for a payanywhere account, they can have you live in under 4 hours with daily drops into your bank account.
