Card statement problem

Hello . Recently I added my card to my personal paypal account . I waited 3 days for card statement ( 4 digit code ) but I didn't receive it. I entered in my account online from bank and i request a statement and I haven't found that 4 digit code . What's happening someone can help me ? Paypal charged 1.50$ from my account and I can't see 4 digits code in my statement

whether your got your card confirmed or not , the charge will still get refunded to your card.advise to call cs and ask to resend the code.
