Hi i had this problem before,i wanted to send money to friend and it says "We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support."Back then i contacted customer support and they solve the problem the other day,now when i want to send money it happens again,it says i need contact customer support,and that's what i did,but they always says me i need to call them,i send them 2 message saying im from Croatia and can't call them and im not so good with english,but they just saying i need to call them...So what i'm supposed to do now,becouse i cant call them... ?
