Can't send payments?

Everytime I try to send a payment, I get an error saying I can't send payments:

"We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

I need to send payments regularly, and I can't afford to lose clients and such due to this silly error. Please help me out! People told me to call paypal, but I can't dial them, I don't know why. Since the closest team is in Singapore, I called them but my phone always gets disconnected when calling them. Help me!

Is your account verified?

Yes, with both a credit card and bank account. Paypal needs to clear this error up, a lot of people have experienced this and still no solutions.

As no one here can view account details, unfortunately other than contacting customer support, there's not much that can be done thru the forum.

You can try some easy things like deleting your browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Try a different web browser or if possible, another computer.

I have this very same problem. I have contacted PayPal twice. I understand why I initially couldn't send payments; I changed locations, so I had to update my security and such. However, all holds were removed from my account and I was told to wait 24 hours. It has been 3 days and I still can't send and this is causing me problems with sellers.

I am verified with bank account and card.
