Can't cancel my claim?

I put my cancel my "Unauthorized payments - claim" As this was my excuse to try and dispute this payment, and I emailed the seller and he was just about to commit the transaction, and I tried emailing PayPal but they keep giving me the wrong answers.

If you file an unauthorised claim what you are telling paypal is that your paypal account has been hijacked and used without your consent.

So you can't just cancel it as paypal will be investigating whether this is correct and to try and get your funds back if your account has been hijacked.

You should not use this option just because a seller has not sent something
