Can't Cancel Pending Payment

Hi,

I made order of 230euros to a MusicStore shop from Germany. The payment was thru Paypal, but instead of charging the account (on which I have more than 250 euros) they charged my credit card on which I didn't have enough money.

THe shop say they can't accept the payment via Paypal. Why is that?

My Paypal Account still have more than 250euro, but it also shows the last transaction in PENDING mode. Searching for a while, a cancel solution was found, but the thing is that there is no CANCEL button in the Histroy tab of my transactions!

Additionally, the Order (Unique Transaction ID #O-0TB4**** .... ) gives error when I try to select it when opening a dispute.???

I want to purchase the item, but I can't do via paypal. I'm afraid to buy it on cash, and then to be charged again with the Pending transaction.

How can this PENDING transaction be made (completed) or canceled (declined) so I can buy the item via other payment solution?

Only the seller or merchant can cancel the transaction.   As for why the seller or merchant stated they can't accept the payment via Paypal - unfortunately you would have to ask the seller or merchant.

thanks for the reply. That sux.. The seller say he cant accept the payment, for the last few days in mails.. I'm afraid that he might want to scam me with double payments...
