Can not receive payment. "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website..."

My custommers got an error when they sent payments

"This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions."

I got the same issue. I could not recieve the payments from my friends live in US.

Same here. I don't understand why. Now I have to request money for them, which is quite troublesome.
