I had a buyer call me every name in the book because she wasn't happy with her product. I told her I was more then happy to refund her once I had proof the item was in the mail. She then harassed me none stop saying she had given proof to ebay about shipping (never got any shipping info) and that the money should now be in her account.. She also requested I pay for the return shipping. The moneys been refunded to her but its been over a month with no return. Im at a loss I have no idea what Im supposed to do in this situation.

Never refund until you have received the item back again.

Well thats odd because paypal normally don't expect you to issue a refund until the buyer provides trackable proof of delivery of item back to the seller.
The only exceptions are "normally" if the buyer proves the item is fake or the item is in a dangerous condition to return in the post.
