We have added the American express processor. After having successful authentication of the transaction, we are expecting the additional parameter (or echo data). But we are not getting all of them. We are receiving only two parameter.
We try to void the transaction. But we get the error response. The response message say RESPMSG=Original transaction ID not found.
We are also getting error while doing the capture and refund.
We are following the instruction available in the PayPal document.But still no able to succeed.
