Let's say John is a seller and Jane is the buyer. John wants to sell a template for 100$. Jane buys it for 100$. Here I want to apply a fee for this item, let's say 20%. The payment should split in two halfs: Me (admin) and John, so I will get 20$ and John will get 80$. I (the marketplace owner) want to pay the PayPal fees, not John.

3. What are the fees, taking in consideration that I'm from Romania and the marketplace will be global, so I will have international payment fees too.
